Unframed art, posters & clothing items:  Customers have 30 days to exchange items purchased from Randy Owens Originals. To initiate an exchange, the customer must call the studio for further instruction on how to package and ship the item to be returned. If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us by phone and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Matted or Framed art & posters:  Non-returnable.  If you receive a damaged mat or frame, please contact us by phone and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
